You will have full access to all the course materials and the Bodyweight Transformation workout program with all 3 bonus videos as soon as you join.
You will need a pull-up bar or a pair of rings to do pullups. Additionally, you will need a dip bar or parallel bars. Resistance bands are recommended to make progress easier and more scalable. If you're an intermediate or advanced athlete, you'll also need weights and a weight belt to increase difficulty in certain exercises.

It depends on your current level, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and overall recovery ability. Most people notice progress in about 4-6 weeks, but it can vary. If you need more time to adapt, it's okay to repeat the current level to improve further. Focus on recovery, and you'll get there!
